A fair review – pros and cons
The service was outstanding, especially room service which delivered delicious late-night meals, ensuring a cozy stay!
The check-in experience was disappointing, with unhelpful staff contributing to an unwelcoming atmosphere.

Sophisticated dining, unique architectural design, scenic views from the bar
The wellness facilities are inadequate!!! The buzzing noises in rooms are distracting!!! The Nobu restaurant lacked ambiance and had bright lighting that ruined the dining experience!!! Improving staff communication would really help!!!

I had an amazing experience with the outstanding service, especially at dinner, where the staff went above and beyond. The balcony was perfect for relaxing evenings, but the noise was a hassle. I'd definitely choose this place again.

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing
I just had the most lovely stay in a Premium Room with amazing views of the fine La Concha beach. Every morning started off right with fresh pastries and a delicious a la carte breakfast that had me wanting more! The rooftop bar was exquisite, with cocktails personally tailored to my taste and amazing views.
100% recommend 🥰✨

Beautiful location near the beach. Loved the scenic terrace for evening drinks. Staff seemed untrained, leading to awkward interactions. Also, the pool was closed without notice.

Charming Getaway with Room for Improvement
While the boutique ambiance and quiet location near the beach were delightful, the arrival experience lacked warmth. Enjoyed lovely cocktails with great views at the terrace restaurant.

I stayed for 3 nights in a Premium Terrace Room. The room itself was comfy and well-furnished, but I had to switch rooms because of a buzzing noise next to my head. The lady who helped me was super professional and kind. I ended up in a room with a balcony, but it was a hassle since I was told there were no other balcony rooms available. The decor was stylish, and the blackout curtains were a nice touch for better sleep.
